How to make a reservation

After checking the availability , just send us an email  indicating the desired rental period and number of occupants. Or give us a call. We will answer right away with confirmation of availability and price.

Here is the information we need to prepare the rental agreement. We will email it to you with our welcome package. Please check below our contractual terms.

By paying rent in part or in full, you implicitly acknowledge that you have read and understood the rental agreement, and that you accept all its terms and conditions.




Policy

Your booking is secured once we have received the reservation deposit (50%). The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

A EUR 300 security deposit, refunded on departure day, is payable upon arrival. Part of it is payable cash. The balance may be paid by check (not cashed).

Failure to settle unpaid dues or the security deposit upon arrival will cancel your booking. All sums paid will be forfeited.

We accept payments by credit card via Paypal or by bank transfer.
